It was a VERY busy weekend(Trips to Van, et al..) and that lead into a beautifully mundane week.

Mundane in some ways that is... but prep for the DVD is well underway (My burlesque project for those of you not in the know)

Today I drafted the performer's contract and worked out that sort of stuff... with a surprising amount of ease.. being the artist I am.. and typically not so good with the legal bullshit.

Anyway.. so that is done, and so getting together with some of the people involved is step number two.

For that: I am excited.



I think they share the same drive and inspiration into this project I do.

I have my 21 ft long 1978 Ford Ltd Landau on the road! Watch out!!!! It is a gargantuan beast of a car that requires it's own gas station in tow and a flight plan for every trip. It is big. But it is sickly attractive... and in very good shape. I miss driving my Mazda Miata.. but the weather is not condusive to the ragtop.. (But I mourn as it sits in my parking spot like an abandoned puppy)

Man.

This is pretty damned rambled... even for ME.

I think being 1 something in the morning may have something to do with it. I need more sleep.

Nah.

Oh! May be considered for another movie of the week coming to town! Small part I think.. We'll see.

AND still waiting on the recurring mini-series role... Damn, it's been months..

AND I think the CBC is finally gonna pay me for the last time I worked for em..

I forgive them only when the cheque clears the bank.
