I went to a party for elderly socialites last night. I danced with old men and after I got a few very classy rum and cokes in me, I found myself singing "Fever" with the jazz band hired to play for the night. Emily helped. It was definitely a rad time. Her boyfriend and some other cats I knew in high school/ got to know in college mingled with the rich and famous, took advantage of the open bar and the culinary delicacies. I love peoplewatching. There were women with diamonds the size of my fist...

I'm not sure whether or not I'm capable of looking at sex as a charity act. Rather, I'm not sure I could give it as a charity act. What do you think? I got asked to help out a friend of mine last night, in no uncertain terms. I mean, otherwise, I'd probably hit it anyway, but the fact that I got explicity asked by another friend to help heal this guy's broken heart and give him some love... I'm not sure what to make of that. I like to be seduced. Seduction does not involve sympathy.

I have to bring my car into the shop at SEVEN THIRTY tomorrow morning. Total... bullshit.
