Well, I went to see an honest-to-god psychiatrist today. It's been a long time coming. She prescribed me zoloft (a low dose to start) after a very lengthy chat about my mother, my childhood, my anxiety and the fact that I haven't been happy for two years.

I'm very optimistic.

Man am I glad I bought a brita water filter. Mmm, water.

I'm so tired, but I have a lot of reading to finish. Perhaps I should start that.
