Who's going to do it for you? I've heard good things about Sacred Heart and a friend here has some work from Tony that's good. But I'm sure someone on here can make a good suggestion, too. Definitely check out their work before you committ. My husband and I have some tatts that could be lots better.
It will be at least a year before we move anywhere but we are hoping to visit more often these days. It would be nice to have another couple to hang out with as long y'all aren't the fighting kind...I wouldn't guess that you are.
