merry christmas .... already.

tomorrow james and i will be having our first official xmas together. alone. as a mini-family. and im excited. i got him some awesome presents, and we're both like little kids... wanting to open 'em all before the actual day.

khryptic is going to do xmas dinner with us tomorrow due to a lack of nearby family. if you have a lack of nearby family, please let me know. i will have enough food for probably one more or so. if not.. then yummy leftovers this weekend. mmmm.
here is my first official xmas dinner menu:

+roast salmon stuffed with wild mushrooms, rosemary, leeks and cream cheese
+ roasted garlic mashed potatoes
+tomato caprese salad

and for dessert:
+homemade apple pie with homemade vailla cinnamon sorbet.

not bad for a first timer. James calls me Iron Chef.
