I have been thinking about this situation for a few months now ... I feel I must say/write about this. A few months ago I decided to have a birthday trip to Las Vegas... Why there ...Well I have a friend from school that moved there... some friends in the Nevada area and some friends in California. We get together and have great times, great food and great memories. I invited a long time female friend that claims she never been there. We have been friends for over 15 years ... we been through some stuff good and bad ... She is a single mom with two boys ... I cannot stand either of her ex husbands, I do not think they are worthy of mention. I help her emotionally and financially from time to time. I had no issue paying for her flight ... the hotel... well she was going to share my hotel room ... and she was someone that I wouldn't have an issue taking with me. A month before the flight ... she stopped all communication ...which means that she has another loser man in her life. Needless to say she didn't make the flight and didn't have the decency to tell me so I could make the proper arrangements to cancel. After the trip, a mutual friend contacted me to ask me to reach out to her because she is in dire need of help (again). I refuse to get sucked into this situation again...
