I am Feeling pretty good today. I felt like a real dad today... One of the ladies that I am good friends with has a few kids including a 17 yo female that confided in me today as a daughter would come to her own father. Since I am a single male with no kids... this was a new thing for me and it felt good to be there for her. After talking to her for about an hour about life, college and guys...she looked into my eyes, hugged me and called me daddy. Her Biological father has been out the picture since she was two years old. Her mother called me crying later thanking me for what i did...I have to admit by the end of the call I was starting to get misty myself lol. It was a great feeling and I haven't felt that good in forever...Guess I am good for something huh?
