So, my overall mood has been better recently, but I'm kinda freaked out and preoccupied with my grades. I'm hoping I can pull it out and salvage my GPA like in high school, but I just realized that college GPAs are different (this, darling, is why you read the fucking catalog more than one cursory time over the summer). So... I don't think I can make the average needed to keep my scholarship with my grades now. But Idk if they evaluate that on a yearly basis or a semester at a time... if it's every semester, and it drops, I'll have to leave. I definitely don't have an extra 5000 dollars lying around. I dunno though. Like, I don't really think that higher education is all it's cracked up to be, and it'd be nice to go to HCC for free and then transfer, you know? But then I think of my friends in the best fucking universities in the country and imagine telling them I had to leave and I kind of want to curl up in a ball and die.
