OK, time for an actual update I suppose. The craziness of SG Party is behind me and on to new projects. Thanks to all of you who commented on some of my rejected sets lately, now we have a new SG Cort and new sets by Thistle, Quinne and Annika.
Speaking of Annika, I always love to include new photos of her in my blog because we are continually working on stuff together. These were two of my favorites from our last shoot:
I also got more work done on my sleeve by Mr_Reliable. I don't have any pictures yet but I did do some extra special photos yesterday so more to come on that. That's right, if all goes well you may be seeing a new set of my naked ass! Geez it's been a long time. Over two years since I shot that set with Mr. Steve Prue. I do look a bit different as you can see in my profile picture and if you've seen any photos of me elsewhere you can see that I have gotten myself quite a bit more heavily tattooed. I've been holding off doing a set (well, mostly because I've been busy) because I wanted my sleeves to be done for my next one. That is not quite the case but I got inspired one day walking through SF. That's all I'll say for now but keep in mind it's taking me over a month to photoshop and two shoots to accomplish so far.
I am loving my studio. I have shot there a bunch of times already and always with great results. It's so much easier in a controlled environment like that to shoot fashion and it's nice to have a place to call my own. I just wish I could shoot SG sets there but they don't really like the seamless backdrop sets too much. I guess it's all about the model when it's a seamless and not a lot of amateur models can pull it off. You gotta have your poses down! There is one SG I've been dying to shoot who just had a set go up. That girl could do anything and make it hot...
Summer is coming and I can feel it in the air already. I have beautiful wisteria growing in my back yard and everything smells so good. I really need to get out and take more pictures of nature. I get holed up in my little cubby here looking at this little box and don't enjoy what I need to be doing. That's why I've been a little quiet around here. I'm trying to break myself of that habit. I wish I had some photos to post here but I don't and that makes me sad. Instead I'll post a photo from Dang's set that I shot in my back yard last year where you can see the wisteria hanging above...
Tomorrow is a chihuahua dog walk in Marin where I live. I am super excited about this! I love lots of little dogs together, it makes me very happy to see. I will be sure to take lots of pictures of that. I am a proud chi mommy. See...
My mom is visiting and she just came with me to the studio to shoot Rosaleigh. It's fun to have mom around and it was funny to see Rosaleigh's reaction that my mom was cool with what I do. Of course she didn't stick around for the shoot but she saw the pictures when she came back after. She's a proud mom for sure. She didn't look too closely at the nudes but by the time she got to the end of the set she said "oh I get it!" which was quite cute. The set came out really adorable too so keep your eyes out for that in the coming weeks.
Well, it's officially too beautiful outside for me to be in here typing this right now so off I go on some adventures. Hopefully I'll be able to resist coming back on the computer so next time I'll have some more recent photos to post. I've been a bad photographer.
