I had a wonderful day yesterday. Nothing exciting, but everything went so well that at the end of the day, I was in total disbelief with a big grin on my face. Just one of those days where everything you do is really nice.

I am, however sorry that I missed out on movies last night. But I took Kara out for a surprise late birthday dinner and it ran really late. I wouldn't have made it in time considering that we didn't get back to her place until ten PM. So we walked through the Pride-laden city blocks to a local bar/eatery and talked for a long while. It's rare that I can meet someone so like-minded and personable. We purged a lot of common demons while giggling about how silly they are and I don't know about her, but I feel much lighter now.
