I just posted a thread in 2 of my favorite groups.

I want to explore how people found out or heard about SG. I was reflecting tonight and thought it would be good to share and tell what we expected when we first joined.

I was in the Navy on duty one night and was watching TV before my watch. I had HBO on and Missy appeared on the screen telling us about models who were better than the norm. And that she had created a place for people who appreciate everything to come and voice themselves. So I opened my laptop and joined. It has been such a long time and I have met so many great people here.

So now please share your how?

It also left me to thinking about where I was mentally then compared to now.

We always change no matter how hard we try to stay the same. We meet new people that give us new experiences and do things to ourselves that physically change us. So I will ask the questions above and this one, how different are you from when you joined.?

Me, well I have grown up a bit and have gotten a better foothold on what I want to do. I am still looking for someone to accent me. I will never say "I am looking for someone to complete me." Because I am already whole.
