So yesterday I realized if I pray on the Freeway my day will start with a foundation of chaos... why not enjoy a Cappuccino and some sunshine before launching into orbit...
so I started today with a pause in the sunshine and a moment of gratitude.
And I was thinking... how many times have you been in love? I have been in love twice. Once it was easy and we were young and we lived together for three years and travelled and it was just so effortless... and once I was older and he wasn't ready and I tried to force it and it just hurt hurt hurt.

that's so true. I fell out of love with someone in 1996 and I have been afraid of that experience ever since. I feel like I can't promise long-term affection because I might fall out of love...
