... I woke up this morning in such a good mood. I looked out the window expecting to see 2 feet of water, row boats, knocked down trees and dolphins swimming by .. to my surprise, "Hurricane Isabelle" was nothing more than an over hyped news special at 5 PM. I woke up to a brightly filled sunlit sky, a beautiful breeze entering though an open window and my dogs ass seated on my face. So ... after removing little miss Roxy Heart from my forehead, I poured a warm cup of Cinnamon Hazelnut Coffee into a tall mug and proceeded to the back deck to enjoy a peaceful morning alone. I never realized how much a morning cup of coffee outside could bring all thing confusing to an absolute halt until the last sip. Needless to say, I had 3 cups and sipped all three slowly.
.... Another day off from work for me is exactly what I needed today. I know I have been complaining about hours and such, but there is something about a day off that can bring a sense of simplicity to all situations. Things that seem to be such a struggle to understand, come together so easily on a day off from work. Needless to say, I needed another cup of coffee after realizing this. I managed to finish up a CD for a DJ friend of mine today, the only problem is, each song consisted of "Dance Floor Rap MuSick!" Not my cup of tea! Needless to say I needed another cup of coffee after listening to this shit. It dawned on me today how much I hate music without any meaning. There is just so much, "Drugs, Bitches, Guns, Crunk, Jiggy, Holla, Whoot Whoot, Fo'Shizzle and Youngings" a man like myself can handle. Needless to say, I needed another cup of coffee after realizing this. After my 6th cup of Cinnamon Hazelnut Coffee I realized 2 things. One, To each it's own when it comes to music. Two, I really effin hate Cinnamon Hazelnut Coffee Now. Needless to say, I needed another cup of coffee after realizing this.
Damn .... I so want this!!! It's a shame I'm broke today.

...... The New Jersey Metal and Hardcore Fest will be held at Asbury Park's Convention Hall complex on Friday, November 14 at 3:00PM and Saturday, November 15 at 12 Noon.
