Granted, I've been doing quite a bit of that these past few months, learning. But this time was my first time I made "ex-girlfriend enchiladas." These were my favorite, and my ex-girlfriend used to make them once in awhile. A year or two ago I asked her for the recipe and asked my wife to make them. She did, reluctantly, but now everyone loves them. My wife still jokingly calls them "ex-girlfriend enchiladas." LOL

They are SO good! Yumm! I did a good job!
