So, I finally have a job where I get paid what I deserve. I didn't start it in the summer, but I have been waiting for the store that I will be running to open, and it finally is this weekend. Exciting times.
We have been to some great concerts, so far. Foo Fighters at Citi Field has been the highlight for me. It was also the beginning of my band hoodie collection. That is my new goal. To buy a hoodie at every concert. We also saw a band at Central Park Summerstage called Milky Chance. It's more of the girlfriend's thing, but I had a great time, and got my hoodie.
Before the Milky Chance concert, we decided to go check out the American Museum of Natural History. I hadn't been there in like 15 years, and the girlfriend never had been. What an amazing time we had. Such an amazing time, in fact, that we got a membership. I feel so posh and important now.
So much summer left, and so many more things to do. It's an exciting time, my friends.
