This is going to be a weird entry, but bare with me.....
For the last two months or so I'd say there has been this "guy" lingering in front of the elementary school across the street from my house. Tori does NOT attend this school, but goes to a different one about a mile away. Anyway, something about this guy has just screamed "Chester The Molester" from day one and made me uneasy. I have even pulled my car aside a couple of times and just watched this guy cuz he makes me uneasy, call it a gut feeling.
Monday night Kris hands me this letter from Tori's school addressed to the parents that tells of two recent incidents at her school and the Middle school across the street of a man "exposing himself" to kids and then leaving the scene. As I am reading this I get sick to my stomach because the physical description of this guys matches MY guy 100% to the point of fact. I tell Kris "I know who this guy is! It's that same guy always out there in front of North (the school name)!"
Flash forward to LAST night. I had just left my buddy Kev's house and stopped at the grocery store which is right next to that middle school. I get my food and start driving home and lo and behold who's walking across the street right in front of a ballpark where a bunch of little leaguers are playing???!!!
I called the POLICE, THREE TIMES!! I must have followed this guy for like 30 minutes back and forth up and down the street. Poor Tori was in the back seat not knowing what the hell was going on, wondering why I'm not going home with the groceries? After not seeing any cops I finally did something really stupid. I pulled up alongside the guy and pretended I was new in town and was lost looking for LONG JOHN SILVERS. He starts to ask where I moved from , how long I've been here, etc. I lied and told him that I had just moved here from Monterey. He tells me that he moved here from Hayward 4 years ago. I SNAPPED his picture with my cameraphone! The dude FLIPPED OUT!!! "Did you just take my picture? WHY did you just take my picture? (repeated it 3-4 times)" I again LIED and pretended I was on the phone with Kris getting directions and he started walking towards my passenger window! I FLOORED IT, and got the hell out of Dodge man.
I drove to the police station and showed them the picture. They said they were still looking for him and if I saw hin again to call them ASAP!
When I got home I e-mailed the pic to Alex so he could blow it up & print it out for me so I could take it to Tori's school.
THIS MORNING - I drop Tori off and go into the school office to tell them what happened. I show/give them the pic and explain all last night's brou-ha-ha, etc.
I start driving home and SON-OF-A-BITCH!!! Guess who's right in front of the middle school??? I flip a u-turn and go right back to the school and they call the police. The poilce respond to the other school and they tell me to come home and they will call if they need any more info or have questions about this guy.
As a sidenote: Alex's former company had/has this guy as a client and apparently Alex himself had a problem with this guy ogling and/or harassing some younger teenage girls in his store. Alex e-mailed the pic to his buddy and now THEY are watching for him too.
MY OWN PERSONAL BELIEFS - If you are the type of person who would do ANYTHING of a sexual or abusive nature toward or directly to a child or minor, I PRAY that there is special place in HELL reserved for you you sick twisted F#$K!!! If I could get away with it, your sorry ass would never make it to a courtroom, because my "associates" and i would see it to it that the sun never again set on your miserable excuse for a soul. Don't let me mince words here, I want to be heard LOUD AND CLEAR! PRAY that the cops find you before I do, because whatever they do to you will be a walk in the park compared to what I"LL do to you!
And on that note.....anybody else have slightly spiked blood pressure this lovely morning?

it's great that you were proactive about catching this guy, rather than just leave it to be somebody elses problem. kudos to you! "chester the molester"...haven't heard that in ages.

holy fuck, good for you...this is the reason why i have no faith in cops though...i wish i could remember the idaho website for sexual offenders b/c there was this one guy on there that gave me nightmares for a solid year and i only saw his picture once "shudder"
