Well today is going to be a MAJOR tidy-up around the house day. Kris thinks SHE is going to have to do all of it when she gets home from work, but I am going to TRY and knock out as much of it as possible before she does. The top of my entertainment center is piled with bills, receipts, etc, that I need to file away and I have cd's and videos to shelve, coats to hang up, laundry, dishes, etc. I don't do much of anything in the way of cleaning anymore. Not because I'm lazy, I have severe OCD and WISH I could still do all of it, but I lack the strength and energy to pull it off, so Kris does 90% of it and the kids help out. Now with her pregnant though she shouldn't be doing as much, so I have to force myself to do something.
I didn't sleep well last night. Really bad nightmares and all that heinous shit. The pain didn't help either.
Never made it to Narnia last night. I just watched the episode of Smallville that I had taped then nodded off.
All I have in the house is water, no Kool-Aid or soda. FUCK!
If you guys ever want to read something amusing read the journals for my sweet SG friend Adelaide. She is one of the funniest people I know and a very gifted writer (whether she believes me or NOT!). I love to read her stuff.
I am so proud of my little Tori. She started giving herself her own insulin shots a day or so ago. This is a big step for her personally and Kris and I were so blown away when she said she was ready to start doing it now. I still draw it up in the syringe, but she has been adminstering it herself. What alittle trooper.
Logan has his first loose tooth. He thinks it's cool and he has been telling everyone he sees. What he doesn't tell them is that Tori loosened it for him when she CLOCKED him Wed night for teasing her!
We gave him all his gifts last night and when he saw the skateboard the look on his face was priceless. The moment only lasted a second though as the next words out of his mouth were, "didn't you guys buy me the CRAZY FROG cd I wanted?".....gotta luv the little bugger.....
The Dead End Darlings are playing a gig tonight at a venue around the corner that I played halloween of 2002. My former guitarist from that band is coming out here to see me/hang out/go to the show. Should be fun.
I'm stuck on Marvel Nemesis.....fucking villain characters...

Your daughter is so great with the insulin shots. That's awesome. I hope Logan loved all his stuff. That crazy frog thing has GOT TO BE the most irritating thing EVER lol.
