This week is gonna be crazy. My friend that moved me down here that got arrested at the airport for having two box cutters and a butterfly knife has his trial on Wednesday. His lawyer fees alone are 7000.00. Hopefully the DA will reduce it to a misdemeanor.
Thursday my friend from Boston it taking me to see the Supersuckers and on Friday to MC5. I haven't seen MC5 since I lived in Detroit a long, long time ago.
I have house guests all week and this coming weekend as well as the dinner party. I have a 3 hour test to take at Accountemps on Thursday afternoon for potential jobs. I need to find a job soon. Unemployment insurance just doesn't provide what I need.
Nonetheless...I am really happy that Butch showed up in my life again. I am psyched to hang out with him. I have known him since 1997 and he's a great guy. I am also glad that he is from Boston where I lived for the past 17 years before moving to Austin. We hung out two years ago and lost touch. We are going to pick up where we left off.
