There is a great shop in LA called Black Eyes. Red is the artist to see, though they are all good. And in southern Orange County, Living Art Tattoo and Art Gallery in San Clemente is the place to go. Monte is amazing. Britta is fantastic. And they just hired a new male artist who Monte says is great. Haley is also pretty great.
