Ok so be prepared for a ton of photos from my easter w/end!
Thursday
We started off going iceskating, pete was a pro, I resembled an old lady! The photo is on the wonk because I was playing with the self timer and I couldn't get it at the right angle!
Outside the rink I saw a car that was covered from front to back in Hello Kitty stuff, I took this of the outside, unfortunately the HK stick was reflective so you can't see her face, you get the jist though
Friday
We left Norwich at 6am and started our mini adventure to Wales! I think sometimes the funnest thing about travelling is the stops you make on the motorway, this place had a bus take away outside the main building, we didn't use it though because I don't think it had a loo
We got to Holy Head and were told that we couldn't check in for another hour unless we wanted to pay 10, so off we went and found a little coffee shop.
We couldn't find a restaurant we liked so we ordered chinese, however we didn't have any cutlery so we had to order finger food
Saturday
Headed to Anglesey to see my nanny and granddad, before we got to their house we visited Bull bay which is where my sister and I used to climb cliffs as children!
The tide was in and the sea was rough
We got to my nans house - its huge and I love it!
Look at their oven!
We had dinner with loads of my Welsh family, then took the boys for a walk in Bull Bay, the tide had gone out and they decided to go climbing.

We left Wales in the afternoon and headed to Blackpool. We had a meal in the restaurant next to the Premier Inn and got a bit drunk. Pete in his wisdom ordered a dipping lolly dessert hehe! I'm sure it was meant for children!
Sunday
Drove into Blackpool to see my mum, we went and looked at that huge tanker that capsized after being hit by a freak wave.
That night we were supposed to go to a spiritualist church and see a medium "perform" but it had been cancelled, so instead we went out for a meal and then went to a working mens club which was full of old people and a singer who was a complete perv - and not in a good way. The old people looked at us like we were scum and we nearly weren't allowed in because Pete was wearing a trivium hoodie and I was wearing my SG hoodie, man they freaked out even more when Pete showed his almost skinhead and arms full of ink whahaha!
Monday
Our last day in Blackpool and because we hadn't been before we wanted to take a look in the heart of it. I was snapping away like a tourist.
We saw the tower
A roundabout with spaceships on it - it used to be a carosel (sp) but it was falling apart, the council wanted to put thunder bird 3 on there at one point but the locals objected!
We rode a tram, but it was really windy and we were kinda blown on which is why we look so red and flustered in this pic, I was having hysterics too which accounts for my crazed look!
Then after we got off I took a picture of the tram leaving which confused my mum and pete cause I think they were talking to me but I'd stopped
We left in the afternoon and drove back home.
At one of our stops I saw this in the ladies room!
yup thats right a GHD hair strighter booth thingy!
Over the whole w/end we'd had gorgeous weather but as we got into Norwich there was lots of snow, bbecause we weren't sure how long it would take to get home we decided to have tea at a little chef. When we pulled up and got out of the car I could hear a noise and I was looking around to see if it was hailing, pete was like - can you hear that too? And I was like yea what is that? He pointed and I looked up to see a massive pylon that was carrying electricity and everytime a piece of snow hit it it cackled, needless to say I walked quickly away!
We had dinner and finished off with pancakes!
They weren't the yummiest ones in the world but they were ok.
Tuesday
last day of our hols and we decided to go bowling
Pete was hitting the 100's and I was hitting the 50's! I would've done better if the lady in lane 1 had let me use on of her pink balls, nooo she had to have 2, some people are so selfish, its not like she can bowl 2 balls at once - bitch. Oh well!
