I am lovin winter!
I love the fact that everyone freaks out about a little bit of frost!
I don't love the fact that they all leave at the same time and cause HUGE traffic jams. I don't like the fact that everyone thinks that driving at 20mph in a 60 zone is the best way to go.
To the driver of the car that was in front of me this morning:
If you were a competent driver you wouldn't need to be doing 20, believe that you know how to drive, BELIEVE!
However I do love sitting in traffic jams with my heater on, singing to songs on a cd I thought I'd lost.
I love looking over the frosty fields watching the sun give the once green grass a golden hue and how magical the mist looks as it slowly rises up and away.
I love that kiddies are fearless and see every frozen puddle or bit of black ice as a mini ice rink that was made especially for them. I adore the way that parents start to walk awkardly to stop themselves from slipping on the ice whilst trying to stop their kids from sliding around!
I love that everyone wears millions of layers and then finds that they can barely move and that they are actually really hot and where they've been breathing on their scarf its now wet!
Oh I also love everyone has dragon breath and the ground crunches!
My mum is coming to stay next week, Monday is our day together but I don't know what to do yet, any suggestions?!

If you think the frost makes bad drivers wait till we get some snow! Your bad driver was probably a "scrummy" anyway, at least you wasn't waiting for them to try and park
