I made brownies and forgotton cookies last night and neither of them came out very well. The meringue in the cookies didn't harden so I've put them in the fridge this morning and the centre of the brownie didn't cook properly, so I cut it up and had to throw some of it away.
With the brownies I think the tin wasn't long enough and was probably too deep, so next time I will need to either make it in two lots of buy a shallower tin.
