Personally I hate it when someone says "Jeni I need to talk to you" or "we need to have a little chat", whenever someone say it to me, I go all cold and start to freak out a bit, because I always assume the "little chat" is going to result in something bad. Today it happened when a chap called Mark who I work with came up and sat at Jills desk and was like "Jeni there's something I need to tell you...." so long story short Mark is leaving TC in August and I am v sad - who am I supposed to talk to about Harry Potter and rock music all day?
