i wish i could find a natural cure for anxiety. Xanax doesn't help. Alcohol does nothing. Sleep, nope. I cant keep goin like this, my body feels like it is deteriorating. my heart feels like its gonna explode. i lose feeling in my body. my chest gets tight... will it ever stop. oh my

That sucks. I know where you're coming from. Do you currently take medication besides Xanax for it? Celexa has done a lot of good for me. And as silly as it sounds, deep breathing exercises are good for a quick, temporary fix.

eliminate some stress... that's what i did... it helps so does exercise... hope this helps... keep ur head up
