I took out an old fitness video... HA! It's amazing how out of cordination I am with that dang workout... I had it "down" months ago and since the weather is outdoor/running weather, I kinda forgot about it...

needless to say, it is nothing like running. it takes brain power to do right... lol

i could post post a video of me doing the workout in lingerie - HAHAHA ::thinks:: that would be FREAK-FUCKING HILLARIOUS!


i am wearing my little green dress today from Vintage Type. It is terribly hot outside, so this is the perfect thing to put on; it's so soft and cotteny; i LOOOVVVE it like GIR likes cupcakes... and tuna... and stuff!
