its kind of sad that dope is the only thing that gives me happiness these days. fortunately, my life will soon move forward, instead of the stagnation that has kept me depressed the past 2 months. i just hope that i'll have enough money to make the drive to ft sam houston (near san antonio, tx), but if not i can always fly for free, though i'll be stranded without a car whenever i start getting off-post passes, and being a prior-service E5, its likely i could get them long before any of the freshly-graduated-from-basic trainees.

i have a lot of stuff i need to accomplish in the next 2 weeks, like secure gear (unless it will be provided to me there) and pack, plan my route to include where i'll stop for a hotel room (or better yet, crash at a somebody's place). anybody who lives between Indianapolis and San Antonio that would let me crash there for a night or two (major cities i'll pass through include memphis, tn; little rock, ar; and dallas, tx), please let me know!
