YaY!!!! i got the call from the NEW realter and the problems with the paper work and the seller has been solved and papers signed and sent up and the bank said go ahead 
so i start moving tomorrow, wont be on past friday until i get the internet hooked up at the new place but it shouldn't take long since i do it myself... just give me the modem and go away
atleast i have everything still packed up from the first time the paper work was sent up so the "Fun" part is done, now just for the loading and unloading... easy
also just wanted to say it has been a privalege to be here and meet you great people
its hump day so not to long till the DRINKend
