1. Josie and the Pussycats. I guarantee this will be a cult classic and will stand as a monument to the late '90s. Watch it several times to catch all the visual gags in the background. Also, there are some great lines in that movie.
2. Any Kevin Smith movie. 'Nuf said.
3. Meet Joe Black. There's some particular mood, which I can't quite describe, that isn't better fit by any other movie I can think of.
4. Jaws. The 25th Anniversary Edition. Great story, great dialog, and this Edition makes it look like it was made only a couple years ago.
