Got a taste of Fresno's bar scene with the disarmingly nice and entertaining duo of Bunny & Roxanne, and this place really is some rough approximation of hell. But it's also endlessly fascinating to me, in a cultural case study sorta way. I most definitely wouldn't want to live here though; it's 12:23AM, and the only activity I can come up with is to drive around in my car and get high.

Long live the suburbs.

I used to be in an embarassingly profane hip-hop outfit called the Suburban All-Stars. Since I moved to San Francisco, we all agreed that I was no longer "keeping it real in the 'burbs", so we parted ways. They've got a full band now, and I hear it's a pretty rocking group now. I drive home tomorrow. I should probably re-acquaint myself with the city in some meaningful cultural way, but I'll probably just end up playing Animal Crossing. That goddamn Tom Nook is a motherfucking hustler.
