So, yesterday Matt came out to visit, which was quite awesome. To celebrate, we got a couple of new scotches to sample, had a fire, went hiking (8 miles, now that's a day hike!), and basically just had a great time. He flew back to the east coast today. That was good times. Wish he could have stayed longer.
Here I am, sitting around, listening to GYBE, and returning to SG for the first time in a few years. Not what I planned to do but a nice way to kill a Sunday. I had forgotten just how great this place is...
This week: finish the first draft of the book, get the tattoo I've been putting off and, ??? All the time in the world. I need a new book to read. I keep wandering the stacks in my library and taking books out and putting them back and taking them out and putting them back... I hate being between books.
