i'm not entirely sure that law school is worth the effort.
i've just sat through three hours of class during which i learned very little, partly due to my giant sinus headache and partly due to my professors' total inability to communicate material in a coherent manner. i love the idea of being a lawyer, but this whole law school thing makes me wonder if i'm going to be fully prepared for the actual PRACTICE of being a lawyer.
real property, by the way, is potentially THE most boring subject in the history of EVER. that's right. EVER. here is a sample sentence from my book: "we believe that before state courts and agencies approve water diversions they should consider the effect of such diversions upon interests protected by the public trust, and attempt, so far as feasible, to avoid or minimize any harm to those interests."
if you made it through that, congratulations. if you understood it, please come take my exam for me in april.
