* that picture doesn't really have anything to do with anything. it's just me wearing ephraim on my back in the ellaroo wrap.

* i want to go to Hancock's to get patterns and fabric so i can sew cloths for the boys and myself.

* i need to order wool to knit diaper covers and socks.

* i made my own baby wipes solution today and it smells fabulous and i can already tell the boys like it better than my old version (it was drying out their skin). now it is roughly 1.5 - 2 cups water + 2 drops of tea tree oil + a small dash of burt's bees apricot baby oil + a splash of lavender witch hazel with aloe.

* yesterday i made my own sugar scrub out of 1 cup of sugar + .5 cup of extra virgin olive oil + a splash of lemon juice. i used it on my legs after i shaved and on my elbows and on my saggy belly skin and my elbows and knees inparticular feel WORLDS better. i think i'm going to add some lavender essential oil to it though just for the sake of smelling good.

* i knitted a halloween costume for my iPod. it's now an octipus made from
a pretty verigated merino wool yarn in rose and plums.

* i've decided i'm tired of being the sounding board for everyone else's complaints, but when i bring up something that is bothering me i just hear how rediculous or selfish or petty i am being. be a mother fucking friend and just listen and be supportive. how hard is that?
