I wish I had the means to go to school right now - I bet I could learn all kinds of neat stuff and get really far ahead.
Make sure you tell me about your classes and what you learn. Once you graduate you can earn serious top dollar for that kind of stuff. Bakeries don't have many hired employees that actually have certification or a degree in their work, they're kind of hard to find, so if you're actually looking for a job in the field you'll be snatched up right away.
I'm uber jealous, but also extremely excited for you!
