He has disappeared. Completely, absolutely.
No response to my email in any way, shape or form.
Did I deserve to be treated like that? No I did not.
I feel stupid for allowing someone to string me along like that and gutted that I got my hopes up for nothing. I am suddenly acutely aware of my own single status and no longer comfortable with the fact.
Talking to friends who are newly loved up is not helping my state of mind. For the first time in a long time I feel lonely and unwanted and London is the worst place in the world for nurturing emotions like that.
I want to get out, start somewhere new, breathe different air, walk different streets, meet new people. Anywhere would be better than here right now.
