Is it just me or does anyone else feel upset when they have a bad dream? Not just waking up feeling sad but having that feeling stay with you for the rest of the day?

Yup - been there alright! Not so much me carrying things over but I've certainly had partners get irrationally pissed off with me for stuff I've done to them in their dreams! Sigh. But in reality those things probably were about the relationship in some way. Double sigh.
