I had plans to get my lip pierced today but with a fairly big client meeting coming in two weeks I decided to postpone until after the event. There's no way I could get away with it and I dont want to have to take the bar out so soon and risk fucking up the piercing.

In another classic example of the universe and its shit sense of timing, not to mention crap sense of humour, someone from my past resurfaced today and expressed an interest. I said no. I'd be lying to them to say the feeling was mutual and fooling myself in to the bargain just for the sake of scratching an itch. In the long run, it was easier to turn them down.

But at least my email is working again.
