Ahhhh...Sunday morning in Lambeth...

*peeks out the window as some poor suckers car exhaust rolls down the street*

The weather shows no sign of improving. I personally think I should get a bravery award just for walking to the shop for a pint of milk (and washing up liquid) it is so bloody cold. My foxes are blissfully asleep by the patio wall. I wish I was that hard, or had my own fur.

It certainly would have come in handy for standing outside Holborn station for 45 minutes yesterday, waiting for Fanny, who was fashionably late for our trip to the pickled cock museum, but not as late as Adthrawn who only showed his face after we'd adjourned to the pub for lunch. It was nice to see everyone's appetite survived an hour and a half of gawping at preserved body parts and videoed surgical procedures. I was particularly impressed with Burning_In_H2O's determination to eat the largest bacon double cheese burger I have ever seen.

I met some wonderful new people, Nickysonic and Wrathchild amongst them and more than likely embaressed myself for CreamyGoodness' camera although the Bitchy Comment of the Evening Award had to go to Munch for what he said to Fanny after taking her photo but I'm not going to repeat it to save her blushes.

Thanks to all the cranberry juice I drank I managed to make it home without passing out or puking on the tube and feel quite perky this morning. I may even tackle the back log of washing up.
