I have work early today. Despite this fact I am in my bed with Boba lying worryingly on my feet, and I'm crying.
I had such a fun day with my family but tensions at work and at home have been building. I guess it's all spilled over.
Strangly enough I enjoy a good cry. I don't do it often but when I do, it's usually an all day event. Ending in a humorously puffy face! Haha. I think that's the price I pay for being ridiculously optimistic and cheerful all the time.
So that brings me to my homework topic this week thanks to @rambo @lyxzen & @missy...
My spirit animal.
Sweep is my spirit animal.
Sweep is a puppet character from the children's program the Sooty Show.
There are four main characters of the show. Sooty is an intelligent bear who knows magic tricks and is a little bit of a dick. Sue is beautiful, mother type panda and Matthew is the person who keeps these misfits in line! Then there is Sweep, he is the dog and he mostly gets picked on by the others.
Sweep is the slowest to learn, the first to get in trouble and always the butt of the joke but what really sets him apart from the others is his attitude. Sweep can see the joy in everything, and even on his worst days he keeps a positive attitude and can laugh at himself.
Even when sweep doesn't like something, he still finds a way to laugh and have a great time.
He's a little evil, but in the cutest way possible.
I even had my love for this little guy tattooed on me.
Plus, did I tell you he's also secretly a superhero?
Now. With all this laughter, jokes and negativity dispelling magical mojo, Sweep has his bad days. But so doesn't! He always picks himself up and keeps going.
You see with Sweep, life is all about honesty, laughter, learning something new every day and being kind to others; all with a smile on your face.
It's all about quality not quantity.
