Lady it's YOUR house - don't forget that. Even if your man is friends with him and whatever, totally bring up the fact that last time he fell asleep and that you are not comfortable with him there. Say that it's fine if they remain friends and GO OUT together but ask him to try an avoid having him at the house. And diffidently say that he isn't welcome to stay the night.
