I've changed the song i'll be walking down the aisle to.
originally it was to be Light Before We Land by Delgados, which is the opening theme for Gunslinger Girl.
But beings as the time needs to be shortened i've changed it to Mangetsu from the Hell Girl soundtrack 2.
Actually i like it better for this, and it's much shorter.
It's been a sort of wedding planning day. 37 days away after all. I still have tons to do though. I need to get all the decorations for Happy Harbor, find shoes, find costumes for some guests, find parking, finish favors, plan menus, bake cake, find someone to videotape the ceremony, get living room ready, and some more stuff i can't quite remember now.
I need to find big fake sunflowes for the aisles (Samurai Champloo, The samurai that smells of sunflowers), and a runner. But mostly for these I need to find out how happy harbor will be set up... cause we have no idea. Max was supposed to phone them in january and hasn't gotten around to it yet.
For the menus, a lot of the food can be made in advance and frozen which i like. cause i can start doing that in a couple weeks.
For the favors i just need a small kind of candy to fill the boxes and some ribbon to finish tieing the sakura kit kats on to the fans. I also need to find out what the chairs are like at happy harbor so i can attack the fans to them.
And i still need to find a way to incorporate some other types of anime, get a sake set for the san san ku do ceremony, and redo the programs because 2 of my girls bailed on me.
