So we're buying a house.

Hoping to move out of this place the first week of may. So right after the wedding... max gets a week and a half off for it so we can use that time to get everything out We've found some places that aren't too badly priced for edmonton and we're gonna have to be out when our lease is up anyway... actually probably before. They upped the rules for inspections (Everyone on the lease has to be present, even if that means taking a week off from work with 24 hours notice cause they might show up) and we probably aren't getting our damage deposit back anyway (everything that the matinence guy says they'll fix when we move out, which there is a lot of, is coming out of the deposit) so we'll be ending our lease long before they start inspections. They'd boot us in a second if they knew we had myth.

So anyway, yea that's the plan, and pre-approval for a mortgage is showing us a much higher amount then it once was so i'm happy, means we have more options.
