UPDATED: and in more good news today, (in other words what i'm typing now is after/added on to the first bit) max and i got a gst cheque in the mail... so really no worrying about cash cause it's an extra $118. and it means i'll be able to pay my rogers bill cause even though it's not due yet and i haven't even gotten the bill in the mail the idiots are calling and bitching at me asking where it is. so no more worries.

So anywayz, yea i got the job. starting thursday i am officially a registration assistant at CARNA (college and association of registered nurses of alberta). It's a year long job, $13.50 an hour, and i get paid weekly. and on top of that i get my own office and the hours work so that max and i can share the car completely!
now i'm just waiting for the maitenance guy to show up to replace the element in my oven. It's no fun, cause on top of waiting and not being able to use the oven, i have to keep myth locked up in the bedroom all day cause well, we aren't allowed pets here. So things are starting to look up. combined max and i will be making about 5 grand per month (so about 60K a year!!!!!) so we will be able to take care of ourselves, pay back my mom and his dad, save up for the wedding and honeymoon and pool table and house, and be able to take care of the 2 cats we're taking in. yay!
I feel better about things now. Ohh and i took myth to the vet yesterday... she wouldn't let the assistants touch her and had to be muzzled cause she attacked the vet. God i love her.
that's her and i at the vet. She was soo scared. I felt like such a bad mommy.
And this one is me in my messy kitchen.

i didn't make much last year but i think i owe the gov't money for forgetting to pay all my taxes the year before so i bet i didn't get a gst cheque and instead they put it toward my balance.
