tarnish

i'm trying to will myself better, and while im not feeling utterly fabulous or anything, i do feel a good deal better than i did last night. so yay for positive thinking.

derek and i are actually considering moving up to idaho, partly so i can keep an eye on my dad(his health isnt so good right now), and partially because it is just SO MUCH cheaper to live there. we are still tossing around the idea, and nothing is set in stone, but if we do decide to go forth with it, then i want to have a blow out shindig here with as many cool SG peeps as possible. this isnt going to be happening for a while, and i mean months, but i will keep you posted.

i've been on this reading binge since just after thanksgiving. so far i've read:

Stephen king: 1. Desperation, 2. regulators, 3. insomnia(i wasnt to into this one at first, but it is fucking awesome).
Christopher Moore: 1.lamb, 2.fluke, 3. coyote blue, 4. island of the sequined love nun, 5. lust lizzard of melancholy cove, 6. blood sucking fiends, 7. the stupidest angel.

most of these were suggested by Derek, but we are both anxious to have interesting, bizarre, scary, and funny books suggested to us, so if you love a book and want to introduce it to us, please, feel free.
