Ok, here's what's happening in Tarnish land.
The car died and while Derek's mom was letting us use hers, she is starting school again and will be needing it now, so we're pretty much screwed on the, going anywhere at all, front. Luckily a friend of ours is out of work and is being kind enough to drive us to and from work. We've been trying to come up with a quick solution that will get us any kind of transportation until we can afford a decent car...well, derek's mom is the only one willing to help us out. Derek's dad flat out told him that even though he's going to be out of town from today until monday, we can't use his car because"it's just too much of a risk." Which is bullshit because derek is a very cautious driver, so gee, thanks dad. And my family(who just bought a car for my sister) told me that "something will come up." but that that something wouldn't be them. So fuck the fucking fuck out of them too. It's not like I call them up all the time asking for money, in fact, I don't think I ever have, except for the ocassional 20 for gas(when they insist we go visit). On top of everything we're a little behind on our phone bill, and it will probably get shut off...again...and we have other bills to pay as well. So yeah, as you can see...my life isn't the best at the moment.
On the upside, I'm really enjoying my job. Yeah it sucks that it's fast food, and some customers are fucking cock faces( like the guy that told me I was stupid and didn't know what i was talking about when I told him there was no 'dine in' tax), and some of the employees are kind of bitches(like the stupid fat bitches in the back that are always making jokes about 'gorda weda' [which means fat white girl], I just love that they assume I don't know that they're talking about me because they speak in spanish, and that they're fat too). It's all good though, because there are some really cool people that work with me, including my manager, plus as soon as my training is over, I will actually have some authority over the ass faces, so they can all eat me!
