Added: WARNING rant ahead:
I'm extrordinarily peeved at the moment. Upon calling my work to get my schedule for this week, I was informed that I'm NOT ON IT AT ALL. I knew what he was doing when I suddenly went from working 4 days a week to 2, then to 1. He wants me to quit. But he has said absolutely nothing to me which would indicate me doing a poor job, or that I've made a mistake somehow. As far as I know, I've been one of their best employees, according to my shift manager, I'm great. I have customers that love me, and I know how to do my job and I do it well. I've made attempts to contact him to address the situation, and he continues to avoid me, and act as though nothing has changed. I feel as though I'm being discriminated against because he simply doesn't like me. I know he doesn't like me, and I have an idea of why(because I called him out on a mistake he made which he tried to blame ON ME). But just because he doesn't like me doesn't give him the right to take away my hours when my work performance is top notch. I want to write a fucking letter and get his stupid ass fired. But then I think about it, and I realise, it's McDonalds. It's bullshit. It's standing in front of a register for 6 hours a day, in a uncomfortable, ugly, lame-ass uniform, trying desperatley to help the ignorant customers understand that they can't get the 42 ounce soda for the cheap price when they order it with their meal. it's a soul-sucking job that I don't care to do anymore, and I was hoping to quit soon anyway. So is it really worth the effort of writing a letter, and going to the top, in a vengeful attempt to get him fired? I don't know.
