So yeah...the cruise was a blast! Our room was decorated with wedding bell streamers and balloons when we got to it. and the view from our window was amazing. We set sail on tuesday around 4:30 I think, and we roamed all over the ship, exploring and checking things out. We played miniature golf as we floated off into the sun set, took a few pictures, then went back to our room to smoke a joint. hehe.
There was so much to do. All kinds of shows and activities. We tried to get on the love and marriage game show, but another newly wed couple won the raffle, and I'm glad now that they did. It turned out that the wildest place they'd ever made whoopy, was right there in the ships glass elevator it was hysterical!
I won 180 bucks in the casino on board.
We walked to Cabo Wabo(sammy hagars bar) when we stoped in cabo san lucas mexico. Had lunch and a margaritta. then we wandered all over the city, went to all the shops, found cool presents for cool people. The only disappintment was that the strip club didn't open until 8PM and our ship left at 5. hehe. other than that it was pretty damn cool. (oh and there were several points during our wandering that we were offered "weed or blow" bwahahaha)
When we went to Ensenada, we actually did the touristy thing. We went on a shopping and mexican folkloric tour. It was pretty neat. We watched a Mariachi band perform, with traditional mexican folk dancers. They asked us Newly Weds(me and Derek and another couple) to come up on stage where they peformed a dance to "labomba" that, if done correctly, would mean long life, love, and happiness to us...it was really cool.
The trip was awesome, the ship was awesome, and I can't wait to do it again some day.
