Well I think the rain has stopped for a bit. It was nice getting a couple of rainy days in. However the fires we had last year on the mountain benches make mud slides and floods a real possible danger. Luckily that area is still a bit north of where I am, but I don't really hope to see any homes ruined today at least 
Today was a good day like so many others. I went to this new sandwich place they opened called Gandolfo's. It was pretty good. Its new to this area, I don't know maybe they are all over the place. My friend Kelly got a job there. He really needed a job. I noticed a girl that is working there that seemed pretty interesting. I'll have to remember to inquire about her the next time I see my friend. With my luck though she will have a boyfriend or something.
Anyways today didn't suck and that is a good thing. I am hoping tomorrow will follow in its footsteps. I did get my new glasses today. I think I look funny still, but people say they look okay. I will just have to get used to them.

You're right - I do seem to be having a bad run with waiters don't I?! Maybe I scowl at them without knowing it. One of the guys the other night was truly disgusting though - he kept hacking up fleghm (sp?) and snorting like a donkey. Quite off-putting.
Your glasses are cool by the way - they're just like mine!
And yeah, the whole boyfriend possibility - don't get worried about it. If she should even have one, she may not be happy - Mine met me when I was dating one of our coworkers, and I was more than happy to find something better. Good luck hon!
