dear new neighbors~
first,let me congratulate you on the purchase of your new home. i know how completely satisfying this is! i also know how much you paid~this is a nice community and you will love it.
it is wonderful that even though we are attached by a single far wall we both have privacy and quiet.
~~OH WAIT-that was my PREVIOUS neighbor!~~
you on the other hand have blown in like a freezing cold wind,making me uncomfortable in my own home.
i know that it is summer and the weather has been inviting,but do you have to sit on your back patio,bbq,and blast creed at all hours?
granted,i do not like bbq food and the smell makes me vomit,so that is my problem. but this mess with your music-i cannot open my back door, it is so loud i can hear it through the thick wall on the other side of the house early in the morning and late into the night.
to top it off,your barking dog is driving me insane.
you are the epitome of the bad neighbor. i mean,your first words to me were,"hey-is that my new neighbor? do you smoke pot?". what the hell is wrong you you?
this is unacceptable,and first thing in the morning i will be contacting the homeowners association. hopefully they will be able to restore order in my formerly happy home.

my neighbors are these annoying spanish people who also have a trampoline. they have their extended family over sometimes and it is soooo annoying and LOUD!!!
ever see the movie "burbs" with tom hanks...it is a very good 80's flick
