Wow - it's just about Christmas again!
I've been icing a Christmas cake tonight, and it has a pond, a couple of marzipan penguins and a marzipan fir tree. I'll take a picture when it's finished and post it up - it's kinda cute (^ ^) It goes pretty well with my kitsch Christmas decor and my pink fibre optic, feather, rotating Christmas tree.
This year I've managed to escape from the family thing, although I'm seeing my mum tomorrow and dad on boxing day. We're having Christmas day at my apartment - a couple of friends and me. One of my friends has been here tonight making some of the food. She's going to be cooking some dessert tomorrow which takes 5 hours of cooking! We've got the biggest goose in the world and my fridge is packed with food! I've no idea how we're going to eat even a bit of it. Still, we can totally pig out, and drink some nice drinks too.
