Go to Radioshack and get a phone recording device. When she calls, before you say anything else, say "I'm letting you know that i'll be recording this conversation. " If she hasn't immediately hung up, tell her " I am at this time requesting that you no longer telephone me. All correspondence from your company will have to be by mail. Thank you." If she's still dumb enough to be talking to you, just record her. Do not say anything...
Go get a P.O. box- have all you mail forwarded there. Allow box to expire after 3 months (if you don't want them to keep mailing you). Forward your good mail back to your home. What ever notices you receive, keep record of them, pay off company as you can. Send them $5 a month, regularly. They can't really do anthing if you're sending money. If they're cashing the checks, they are accepting your payments.
And remember--there's no such thing as debtor's prison in the good ole USA...they can't take what you don't have to give, and they have no right to make comments like those to you.
